It will be a Merry Christmas

The diagnosis is in and I am happy to report that it is great news. My little girl has a bone infection! A month ago, I would have been very upset about such a diagnosis. Today I am completely thrilled with this news.

Like many others, our financial budget for Christmas is the lowest we have seen in years. Our spirits are going to have to make up the difference. With news like this, it isn't going to be as difficult as we first imagined. My oldest son will be home shortly after Christmas, so we will postpone our Christmas until he arrives. We will be together, all 9 of us. Presents or not, that is always a happy event.

I would like to thank everyone for all their wonderful prayers and support. It is hard to describe what that meant for all of us. I know that I will be praying for all those moms, dads and children who were not as fortunate as us and did not get as happy a diagnosis.

I can breath again. It feels good to just breath.

Anna, I hadn't stopped by in ages. What a scary thing to go through. I hope you are all together and had a wonderful Christmas. Your new sketches above are wonderful.

I am happy I stopped by. Wish you a great New Year, albeit a little late. :) ((hugs))
